All Dogs are up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and current on monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention. If over 6 months of age, all dogs have tested negative for Heartworms, Lyme, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Also note, we update bios regularly as we learn about each dog – with the goal of trying to find the best fit possible.
This handsome goofy fella was pulled from a high-kill shelter and as you can see, he has a unique marking around his muzzle. After examining him, the vet concluded that at some point, he had something tied around his muzzle (what? we don’t know). But despite whatever this boy has been thru, he is a shining example of forgiveness, resilience, happiness and friendliness. You will instantly fall in love!
He is so very sweet to everyone and just has a goofy way about him. He’s a big loveable lug. He is very labby in his personality and is estimated to be on the cusp of medium to large full grown.
Great with dogs of all sizes and kids – cats unknown but given his personality, we think he would do fine (but always recommend slow introductions).
He is housetrained (but may have accidents while adjusting to a new routine). He is doing well with leash training and crate training.
Pacino is social, affectionate and just an all-around happy boy. He will make a wonderful furry companion and will no doubt be a loyal BFF to his person(s).

This beautiful girl is a petite darling who will take alittle time to get comfortable with her people. She LOVES other dogs and seems to rely on other dogs to help her navigate her world. She follows their lead and because of that, she will need a home with at least another friendly dog to be her BFF. Finlee would do best in a quieter home without alot of hustle/bustle. She prefers an easy-going, quieter lifestyle so she’ll take a pass on younger kids – older, calmer kids would be fine (12+). Good with cats (she is curious but on the submissive side). A structured fenced yard would make her super happy because she loves being outside – whether its sunning herself or having fun with her doggie pals. She sleeps in her crate at night but isn’t a fan of being in it during the day. She would much rather hang with her doggie friend(s) and seems to be more content with that arrangement. Working on housetraining, crate training and leash training. When things seem to overwhelm her, she will distance herself and hang back and observe. And when things quiet down, she will rejoin the situation. Finlee is a very sweet girl who just lacks some confidence but with alittle patience and a consistent routine, she will blossom into a wonderful companion.

This beautiful girl has the softest fur! She was a tiny bit shy when she first got here but warmed up as soon as she got inside with her foster momma! She follows the pack around in her current foster home, but we think she would do just fine as an only dog too! She even likes cats!! Bubbles is a happy girl who enjoys cuddle time and just being around her people. She is learning how to walk on a leash and getting better each time! She absolutely loves toys to chew. If she can be chewing, she’s a happy gal! We think Bubbles would really fit into just about any home setting as long as it’s filled with love, attention, snuggles and snacks! This beautiful brindle/white gal is alittle shy at first but warms up nicely. She prefers to be with her people so someone who works from home would make her super-duper happy (or someone who could take her to work). Julianne enjoys playing with her doggie friends so attending doggie daycare would be right up her alley if her people were gone for most of the day. She is working on housetraining, crate training and leash training. Julianne will often chill on the couch or hang by herself in her crate with a yummy bone or a favorite toy but request other dogs respect her space when she is enjoying her own time (most of us can relate to that, lol). Julianne rides well in the car and enjoys being part of the family – she even watches tv! A fenced yard would be great but not required if you don’t mind taking leisurely walks. Ricki is alittle shy at first but warms up quickly. She is a good balance between playful and chill. She likes long walks in the woods, snuggles, toys and snoring next to the fire… and outside zoomies!. She loves kids, dogs, and does well with cats. Ricki enjoys going to camp and taking in the beauty of Maine life – then cuddling with her people to wind down the evening. She is coming along nicely with housetraining, crate training and leash training. Ricki will make a wonderful family companion.
